Check-in begins at 3 PM; later arrivals are welcome. Choose self check-in or arrange a personal welcome and house tour with Fernanda in advance. Check-out is at 11 AM.
Pets are welcome only with advance approval. Please contact us before booking and tell us about your pet so we can confirm whether your stay can be accommodated. Approval is required for either house or a combined booking.
Each house has dedicated equipment storage with a lock code assigned to your stay. Use the outdoor showers and freshwater rinse hose to clean up after the beach, and the large deck to dry your gear. Please return equipment to your house’s storage after use.
The homes are in El Sargento, overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Our guidebook shares local beach access, launch sites, hiking routes and mountain-bike trails throughout the El Sargento–La Ventana area. Ask us which access or route best suits your plans.
Each house includes two inflatable SUPs, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a SOLI canopy and a Shibumi shade. For kiting or foiling lessons, bikes, specialist equipment and guided outings, our guidebook lists local operators you can contact directly.
