EL SARGENTO, BAJA, MX
A place for your crew. Space for your gear.
Planning a kitesurfing or wingfoiling trip to the La Ventana–El Sargento area? Stay in a private home in El Sargento, with a kitchen, bay-view decks and practical space for life between sessions. At 20–30 Knots, choose a two-bedroom home, a three-bedroom home, or both neighboring homes together for five bedrooms.

What makes a home work for a kite or foil trip?
The session is only part of the day. You also need somewhere to keep equipment, rinse off the salt, dry gear and settle in with your group. Each house has dedicated storage with a lock code assigned to your stay. The property has two outdoor showers and a freshwater rinse hose; the large deck provides room to dry equipment.
Prepare breakfast in your own kitchen, pack for the beach, and return to a barbecue and time on the deck. Both homes have king-sized Casper mattresses, air conditioning and an Infinity Game Table. Telmex internet has Starlink backup, and the shared laundry room behind 30 Knots has a washer/dryer and purified-water ice maker.
Choose the right home for your group
20 Knots: a smaller crew
2 king bedrooms · 1 bathroom · up to 5 guests
Your own kitchen, decks and dedicated gear storage. A comfortable base for couples, friends or a small family who want their own home between beach days.
30 Knots: sessions and game nights
3 king bedrooms · 3 bathrooms · up to 8 guests
More bathrooms for your crew, plus the private Bullfrog X8 hot tub and game room with Golden Tee, GranBoard darts, an arcade cabinet and huupe mini.
20–30 Knots: bring both crews
5 king bedrooms · 4 bathrooms · up to 12 guests
Reserve both homes together for two kitchens, separate living spaces and access to the hot tub and game room at 30 Knots. Gather together, with room to spread out afterward.
Booking one house reserves that house and its designated amenities. The neighboring home may have other guests. The hot tub and game room are included with 30 Knots or a booking of both homes; they are not included with 20 Knots alone. Compare all three options in detail.
Plan the session, then choose your launch
Conditions change, so check the latest observations and forecast before heading out. Our guest display brings weather information together at the property. On your phone, see Baja Joe’s conditions on Venturi and La Tuna on Venturi. For instruction, equipment rental or a new launch, ask a local operator about the conditions and access that day.
The houses are a base for exploring the area’s launches, rather than an on-site kite school. Arrange your lessons and kite or foil equipment separately. Tell us what kind of trip you are planning and we can share recommendations from our guidebook.
Make the most of a no-wind day
Each home has two inflatable SUPs, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, a SOLI canopy and a Shibumi shade. There is also plenty to explore beyond the beach: mountain biking, hiking, ocean excursions and day trips. Our El Sargento and La Ventana adventures guide brings those options together.
Getting here and settling in
You can fly into La Paz (LAP) or Los Cabos (SJD). Plan your ground transportation and check your route before traveling. Choose self check-in or arrange a personal welcome and house tour with Fernanda. For the full amenity comparison and booking details, use the individual property pages above.
